A delightful Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread made with pizza dough, coated in a rich cinnamon sugar mixture, and baked to perfection. Perfect for a sweet treat or brunch!
 Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
Generously butter a nonstick 1 lb loaf tin and sprinkle liberally with about 2 tablespoons of the cinnamon sugar.
On a lightly floured surface, cut and shape pizza dough into 20-30g balls.
Dip each dough ball into the melted butter and then roll in the cinnamon sugar. Place into the tin.
If using sourdough pizza dough, let proof for 3 hours or until the dough balls reach the top of the tin. Yeasted pizza dough should proof for around 1 hour.
 Preheat oven to 180C/355F.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons of heavy cream evenly over the top of the monkey bread and sprinkle any extra cinnamon sugar over the top.
Bake for around 24-28 minutes or until no raw dough spots remain.
Let cool for five minutes, then release the monkey bread from the tin and enjoy.
