lime juice

mozzarella cheese

1 oz mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp cilantro

sourdough bread

2 slice sourdough bread

red chilli flakes

1 tsp red chilli flakes

coarse sea salt

1: Butter the sides of the bread that will be grilled.

2: Spread the cilantro sauce on one half of the inside of the bread.

3: Pile on the cheese to both sides of the bread.

4: Layer on the crispy bacon, grilled shallots, and corn kernels.
