Delicious pizza dough monkey bread made from little balls of pizza dough coated in cinnamon sugar and butter, baked to perfection. Easy to pull apart and enjoy!
 Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
Generously butter a nonstick 1 lb loaf tin and sprinkle liberally with about 2 Tbsp of the cinnamon sugar.
Cut and shape pizza dough into 20-30g balls (about the size of a ping pong ball).
Dip each dough ball into the melted butter and then roll in the cinnamon sugar. Place into the tin.
If using pizza dough made with yeast, let proof 1 hour or until the dough balls are just starting to reach the top of the tin. For sourdough pizza dough, expect it to take about 2 hours.
 Preheat oven to 180C/355F.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons of heavy cream evenly over the top of the monkey bread and sprinkle any extra cinnamon sugar over the top.
Bake for around 25-28 minutes. Check with a skewer; it should come out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes. Slide a knife around the edges of the tin, place a cutting board or plate on top, tip it upside down, and tap the tin to release the monkey bread.
